Biography

Little Simz, born as Simbiatu “Simbi” Ajikawo in England on February 23, 1994 is a rapper, singer, and actress. Well-known for her narrative storytelling and introspective lyrics, Simz began her musical journey at age 9 and released her first mixtape in 2010. Since then, she has released five studio albums, an EP, and numerous singles. She has also acted in various TV series and films and received critical acclaim for her roles. Her music has been recognised globally and she has won numerous awards, including the Ivor Novello Award for Best Album.

Little Simz is hailed as one of the most prominent hip-hop artists in the UK and has openly spoken about social and political issues through her music.
